On Thursday the inhabitants of Diss and neighbourhood learnt, with deep regret, of the death of one of their most respected and venerable neighbours, in the person of Mr. William Calverley Curteis, LL.D., of the Shrubbery, Soole. The deceased was born in the year 1798, and was, therefore, 96 years of age. He was the son of the late Rev. Samuel Curteis, of Sunbury, and was married in 1838 to Frances Elizabeth, daughter of the late Rev. Williem Manning, of Diss. On Thursday the inhabitants of Diss and neighbourhood learnt, with deep regret, of the death of one of their most respected and venerable neighbours, in the person of Mr. William Calverley Curteis, LL.D., of the Shrubbery, Soole. The deceased was born in the year 1798, and was, therefore, 96 years of age. He was the son of the late Rev. Samuel Curteis, of Sunbury, and was married in 1838 to Frances Elizabeth, daughter of the late Rev. Williem Manning, of Diss.
