Bedfont Lodge
The artist George Engleheart kept a house in Bedfont near Hounslow in London.
How do we know this? In 1815 he was mentioned in a book "Eloise, and Other Poems, by a young lady" as a subscriber: Engleheart, George Esq. Bedfont Lodge.
His life in Bedfont is described in the book "George Engleheart, 1750-1829, Miniature Painter to George III", published in 1902. While this book isn't always entirely accurate, given that the house photographed was owned by the great-grand-nephew of George Engleheart at the time (probably the same one as the co-author) then hopefully this is correct.
